Methods of ordering

Print and fill in the following order blank with check or credit card info. Existing customers can be billed, check payment within 30 days, if desired.
Email your order to rfs@orchidmix.com with your phone number and we will call for credit card info if required or you can email and call in your own credit card.
Call in your order. You may get an answering service so leave a phone number in case there is a question.

We are working on a direct order version of our catalog. However due to dimensional wt. shipping many larger items will not be able to be listed and shipping will generally be higher.

We use UPS for most shipping unless you request another carrier. Shipping charges are at UPS cost plus a packing charge of 10% to cover labor and materials (it rarely does). Please use rate sheet on page 26 to determine approximate shipping charges. UPS now has a surcharge for rural delivery and surcharges packages over 2.5 cu/ft. If you overpay by a $1.00 or more we will refund you. Underpayment to regular customers will be billed with shipment. Regular customers may also call orders and we will bill net 10 days Others may phone in an order with credit card. All prices subject to change without notice.
